Providing an Independent-School Education is a Major Investment in a Child’s Future
The cost of educating a student at The Hill School – with our dedicated and talented faculty, our comprehensive academic and co-curricular program, and our extraordinary campus – is substantial. However, Hill School’s Board of Trustees and Administration are committed to providing need-based financial aid to families who might not otherwise be able to afford a Hill education. Hill has a substantial need-based financial aid budget as a result of our commitment to remaining a community school. During most years, about 30% of our students receive need-based financial assistance.
Hill School utilizes the FAST (Financial Aid for School Tuition) Program (a secure, online application process) to evaluate financial aid applications. The Hill School Financial Aid Committee reviews each case individually to determine grants.
The Financial Aid online application process begins in December, with awards generally granted in early March for the following school year. Families must apply each year.
