Centennial Campaign Priorities

Investing in our World-Class Faculty and Staff

Our Faculty and Staff, some of the best and brightest leaders in education, are universally recognized as one of Hill’s top strengths. For Hill to continue attracting and retaining innovative, talented teachers and leaders who inspire our children, we must invest in them by providing sufficient housing and having the ability to maintain our inventory for the next 100 years.

Expanding Access & Opportunity

Students benefit from classrooms that include a range of abilities, socio-economic backgrounds, and experiences. By broadening tuition assistance for students and their families, we will strengthen the character of our community.

Funding Today’s Innovations

Our unique educational philosophy and our academic and co-curricular programs are why students thrive at Hill year after year. To continue the impact of our “total education” program, we want to improve our ability to balance our traditions with innovation. Increasing support from the Annual Fund will ensure our students can receive the most comprehensive education we can offer.

Strengthening Tomorrow’s Promise

We benefit from a strong endowment thanks to generations of support. We must increase these investments, including via estate and other deferred gifts, to be less reliant on operational fundraising, have more flexibility to address planned and unforeseen priorities, and provide even more predictable and moderate tuition increases.

Hill has continuously grown and thrived, unceasingly providing its students an excellent education. Embedded in our school’s DNA has always been the ability to attract excellent, devoted educators.
